  Was a nice Dunkin. Was clean. Service was fast and friendly. Staff behind counter was energetic and seem to be enjoying their job. Hard to find seems like.

  I get my on the go here because it's "convenient" but they need to fix the drive thru situation.
  There are two entrances and if you come rom Farmington Ave, the ones coming from the other entrance most of the time won't let you in the line. And if they do, you block the cars that are trying to leave which makes them
  Go out the wrong way.
  
  Coffee: the usual Dunkin, not consistent, but I like their cold brew.
  
  Atmosphere: if you like seeing abled bodies begging for change or even a dollar, this is the place for you. One time some guy asked me to roll my window down I said no and he kicked my car. I wish they can control the loiterers.
  
  Overall, it's average. The employees are nice.

  Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever!
  
  We just waited over ten minutes in the drive-through and we were the third car.
  
  My iced tea was actually not tea.  They gave me iced coffee.  With  lemon.  I almost spit it out.
  
  Long wait, wrong drink, worst DD ever.

  I love Dunkin' Donuts so I was happy to see that they built a Dunkin' Donuts on my way home. I have always had great customer service when I go to any Dunkin' Donuts but this was a very unique experience with an unpleasant ending. I am obsessed with the egg and cheese sandwich so I ordered the sandwich as usual and this is when the experience took a turn for the worst.
  
  Once I put in my order I realized after waiting almost 10 minutes something was up. I spoke to the cashier and they informed me that the two people in the back didn't feel like making my sandwich. I heard them going back and forth trying to decide who would make my sandwich. She then told me that I should go to the back to inform them that they are to make my sandwich.
  
  It was a very uncomfortable situation so like anyone I requested my money back but they wouldn't refund my money because one of the workers decided to make my sandwich. After all of the theatrics the sandwich wasn't worth it. I would avoid this establishment as much as possible. I wish they brought the Taco Bell back.

  This has to be he worst Dunkin' Donuts, I have ever been to in my life.  The lady was rude and the gentleman as well.  My husband asked for the men's room which is required and would not give the key.  I asked her a question and she purposely ignored me.  Also the cups are. It even filled up to the line.  As a business owner, if that was my staff they would be done today.  I hope the franchise and owner take some action because looking at the reviews it is very poor management.  The sad part we used to be in the business.  Also the product would not pass quality control , the donut is not even to size.  I have never seen such a bad Dunkin' Donuts.  If I could, I would. Not even give it a star.
